Pastors Ralph & Debbie Fruguglietti 

Ralph was born and raised in the Bay Area.  From an early age he recognized God’s calling on his life.  In 1983 Ralph was ordained into the ministry through the Association of Faith Churches and Ministries (AFCM).  Ralph served as the associate pastor for 10 years in a thriving church in the Bay Area.  In 1993, he moved to Tracy and started Victory Christian Church.  It was there, at VCC, that Ralph met his future wife Debbie.   They married in 1995 and together they co-pastor VCC.   

Ralph and Debbie have a heart to see the unsaved reached with the gospel, and have a passion to grow great people for God.  At VCC, their highest priority is to help people reach their fullest potential in Christ, so that they can live in fullness everyday and give life away. 

Ralph and Debbie’s desire is for believers to be rooted and grounded in the Word, worship and prayer. Pastor Ralph’s practical, relevant approach to the Word of God makes it easy to grasp and apply Biblical principles to everyday life. Debbie’s passion for prayer is communicated as she teaches Prayer School where the principles for practical prayer are taught.
